Administrative Assistant

Responsible for providing administrative support to assist and relieve executives and senior managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Takes and delivers messages, provides information to staff at various organizational levels, assists with composing documents and report preparation. Coordinates interdepartmental meetings and other arrangements. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information for the preparation of reports, performs follow-up and status report. Performs various administrative duties as requested.

SiC Product Engineer

Play a key role in the growth of NAURA’s market share for silicon carbide crystal growth furnaces in the Western Hemisphere by providing comprehensive product technical support for NAURA’s dominant product portfolio. Duties include specification/quotation review, contract review, technical sales support, project management, installation, process startup and field service support. Ensures that customers’ needs are met by applying the best process/equipment solution to their unique challenges/needs and ensuring installation, field service & spares resources are provided in a timely manner. Monitors competitive situation and recommends continuous improvements and/or new product offerings to the SiC furnace product portfolio.

Sales Representative

Performs a variety of activities to support the company’s VP of Sales and other senior members of the Sales Team in their efforts to generate and increase revenue. Maintains excellent customer relations and assists with pursuing new sales opportunities and expanding the current customer base.

Regional Service Manager 

Provides general management direction to all regional field service team members. Job responsibilities include, but not limited to, development of a financially responsible business plan for the regional area, provide for operational objectives and expectations to subordinate managers and team members, assessment of strategic business requirements for the deployment of personnel, and consistent administration of the corporate policies and procedures.

Production Planner Assistant

Prepares manufacturing schedules for Capital Equipment, Product Enhancements and Sales orders through Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Analyze and release orders to manufacturing and purchasing requisitions for long lead items to meet schedule demands. Responsible for all scheduling activities within selected manufacturing departments delegated by Senior Production Planner or management.

Field Service Engineer–Various Locations in the US and Europe

Under the direction of the immediate area supervisor, conducts field service maintenance activities, including but not limited to preventative maintenance, troubleshooting advanced technical/mechanical problems on multiple lines of equipment (semi-conductor capital equipment), coordinating customer site specific activities, and managing FIT team members during site installations.

New Product Development Project Manager 

Under the direction of CTO/GM of NPD Business Unit, responsible for providing daily direction to engineers, designers, and drafters with respect to the design and drafting of systems, modules, and components. Reviews Quotes/Specifications to ensure compliance or identify new sold features and non-standard items. Identifies, selects, and recommends suppliers and components as required. Provides detailed scheduling for team with respect to customer orders. Upon order receipt, serves as an interface between, the customer, the sales team, the design team, and other affected internal departments. Provide technical guidance for the team.

Electrical Engineer

Responsible for all electrical control systems for new machines as well as upgrading controls for existing machines. The equipment designs are for single wafer /batch silicon wafer surface preparation.  Responsibilities include control systems, schematics, panel layout, motion control set-up and bill of material. The Electrical Engineer will write design specifications, generate required electrical prints and schematics, develop work layouts and write theory of operation/controls.
